This dish is somewhat expensive to make, however not outrageously high in calories. Although, you would probably serve this dish with something on the side which would bring the calorie content up. What brings up the cost in this dish is the relatively high amount of extra virgin olive oil, the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and the chicken.
