This recipe is quite easy to make and the ingredients aren't that many. If you purchase a better quality brie cheese, the price will obviously be higher. If you don't have any brandy on hand, you could most likely substitute it with some sweet vermouth, or some other liqour such as bourbon or cognac.

While this dish might serve 16, it would probably just as easily serve 8. Then beware that the calorie content would double per serving.
