This recipe doesn't really contain any unusual or hard-to-find ingredients. The cost is somewhat high due to the deli ingredients such as ham, salami, olives, provolone cheese and the romaine lettuce. The lettuce could most likely be substituted for any other leafy green lettuce.

It is questionable though, if this recipe really is enough for 60 servings.
