At first sight, this recipe isn't quite as high in calories as some of Rachael's other meatball & pasta style dishes. However, this is only a recipe for meatballs. No pasta, or bread or side dishes are included. If you serve these meatballs with pasta, you should at least add another 4-500 additional calories, and that makes this recipe quite high in calories.

This recipe contains quite a few ingredients and the price is relatively high with ingredients such as Ground Turkey, Mozzarella Cheese and Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese.
