2 measures or 3 tbsp gin
2/3 measure or 1 tbsp creme de cassis
2/3 measure or 1 tbsp lemon juice
soda water
Method:
Mix the first three ingredients in a tall glass with ice
Top with soda water and garnish with lemon rind
