Ingredients:
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate squares

  • 3/4 cup sugar

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee

  • 1/2 cup bourbon

  • 1 cup butter

  • 2 cups whipping cream-whipped

Method:mousse

Cook the first five ingredients in a heavy saucepan over low heat stirring until smooth. Let cool.

Fold the chocolate mixture into whipped cream. Spoon mousse into a plastic wrap-lined 9 x 5 loaf pan and freeze 8 hours.

To serve: Invert onto a plate and remove the plastic wrap. Preferably let sit out in room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
