Rating: Medium Description: 18/10 Stainless steel interior & exterior with a glass lid for easy viewing, long handle design that is both functional and comfortable. Oven safe to 500 degrees and broiler-safe. Pros: Nice size, easy cleanup, can be hung up for compact storage. Cons: A little pricey Conclusion: Very nice pan but still not as nice as the All-Clad brand made in the US - the Pampered Chef brand is made in China. We have found that for less then 5 people the 10 inch is just fine for most any use. This is a well made pan that should last a lifetime.
