Rating: 7 Description: Heavy, professional stand mixer with 5 quart bowl. Pros: Heavy duty. Nice finish and powerful enough to handle any kitchen job. Cons: Heavy and can be somewhat cumbersome if you have to move this mixer around much. Conclusion: This is a very nice machine. We don't suggest this machine if you are not a serious cook. Overall we find that the bowl design could be improved. We like the Kitchen Aid bowl design on their high-end competing line. Also the attachements available are accessed through the rear of the machine (blender...etc).
