1) Heat oven to 375 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x5 loaf pan

2) In a large owl, mix together sugar, eggs and oil. Add sour cream, cinamon, baking powder, baking soda and orange
juice. Stir until blended.

3) Add mashed bananas
to mixture.

4) Add walnuts and flour and mix well.

5) Scrape batter into prepared loaf pan and bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
