Pros: These baking sheets are an absolute necessity for any well equipped kitchen. Multi-functional from baking cookies to roasting vegetables or 1/2 sheet cake. Cons: Food does stick to them so you have to use a silpat or spray . Conclusion: I bought these baking sheets from Costco years ago and now they are well worn and well used as you can see in the pictures. They are a good size and come in handy --I even dry my lettuce leaves on them and roasted chicken breasts.
