Ingredients

  • 12 hard boiled eggs
  • 1/2 - cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper
  • dash of cayenne
  • sprinkle paparika on top
  • optional parsley or chives-dash of white vinegar

Method

Start out with 12 hard-boiled eggs.

How to Cook an Egg - Soft or Hard Boiled

Once they are cooled, peel then slice in half scooping out yolks

Mix all ingredients in a bowl & with a fork & then spoon into whites, refrigerate & serve
