  • 1 1/2 C Flour
  • 1 Cube Butter (1/2 C)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 T sugar

Put dry ingredients in food processor with butter, blend. Slowly add wisked eggs.

This crust can be pressed into pie dish or tart pan or rolled out with flour.

Use with any filling recipe.

It's practically mistake proof. Just grab a scrap and press. Keep edges covered with foil during baking time to prevent burning.

375 degrees F 25-30 minutes for pre-baking. Line with foil and dry beans to keep from bubbling.
