Vinegar BBQ Sauce for Pulled Pork

This simple sauce complements pulled pork, or other meats on sandwiches.

pulled pork sauceIngredients:

  • 1 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup BBQ (any type)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worchester Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce

Simply whisk together in a work bowl, make sure it is not too thick. Since we used it on pulled pork, it was designed to be thin.

For a pulled pork sandwich simply put on a lot of pork and pour on a nice layer of sauce.
