This is a very nice and simple cream cheese glaze that we like to put on top of this Classic YellowCream_Cheese_Glaze Bundt Cake. It is quite loose, just like you would expect from a glaze and it has a very nice, light taste. Last time we made it we played around with coloring and we produced a combination that we might not have choosen in the first place... However the flavor remained the same, and apart from looking slightly off, this cake was consumed in no time!

1 ½ cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons cream cheese
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
pinch of salt


Mix all the ingredients together, until smooth. Let sit for about 25 minutes until thickened. Pour the glaze over the top once it’s completely cool. Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
