Marinade for Pork Roast - 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Bring first 13 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan: reduce heat & simmer 20 minutes--remove bayleaf & serve withpork roast
