Ingredients: - 1/3 cup amaretto
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
Method:
Combine Amaretto & brown sugar until combined. Process mixture & ice cream in a blender.
Pour into individual cups or 2 quart dish.
We also tried coffee ice cream and it worked well.
