I bought this bag of stuffed shells at Costco (because it's easy & I'm tired & I want to eat fairly soon). I made a quick tomato sauce (or a jar of your favorite sauce). Put shells and sauce in a baking dish add some spices (salt & pepper, basil,oregano,garlic). Cover with aluminum foil and bake 50-60 minutes. Serve with a salad, bread & a glass of wine.
