Ingredients - 1 lb-1 1/2 ground sausage
- 2-3 red, yellow & green peppers
- 2 large onions
- wraps/tortillas
Spices - salt
- fresh ground pepper
- red pepper flakes
- 3-4 cloves of garlic
- sherry or wine or vermouth
Method Brown sausage in a large skillet. Drain with paper towels & then add onions & peppers until soft. Then add sherry to get all bits off bottom of pan. Heat another skillet & toast tortillas 1 minute. Put all ingredients in the wrap & add salsa, diced white onion, tomato, cheese & sour cream.
