This cheese cake is so easy & everyone always loves it. I have been using this recipe for years and it still is a winner. Ingredients: - 8 oz phildelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 pt heavy cream
- 1 cup confectionery sugar
- 10 graham crackers for crust
Fruit: - Comstock cherries or blueberries
Method: Beat ingredients in a electric mixer & pour in a 9 inch graham cracker shell. Comstock cherries or blueberries on top of cake & let it chill overnight.
