We have had this appetizer many times just beacuse it is so easy and delicious.

Slice baguette lengthwise, toast in the oven, and add a thin slice of brie.

To make this appetizer even tastier, add some fresh basil or oregano and some freshly chopped garlic.

Easy, simple and delicious!
