Monday--flounder filets with leftover orzo Tuesday--after the bad review for Monday nite we will have stuffed shells with tomato sauce & garlic bread & a spritzer red or green jello with cool whip for dessert Wednesday--kitchen closed Thursday--pork & rice Friday lunch--bacon,spinach & tomato sandwiches with root beer floats Saturday--roast beef sandwiches au jus on a hoagie with onions,spinach & tomato with broccoli & cheese casserole & a bottle of pinot grigio
