If you fancy a five mile trek you can start from Lewisburg saddle but cross over to the south side of the road -- the non parking lot side. There you can find a tangle of roads. A very easy route that's almost exactly five miles is the straight up and back to the top of Dimple Hill. Take the upper (right hand) road of the two you will see and go exactly two miles until you come to a four way junction. Dimple hill is to your left. It is well signposted. Go about 1/4 mile and then you can choose to finish up via a footpath through the woods or stay on the road. I recommend the footpath. It's steeper, but its also prettier and shorter. After a number of switchbacks you get to the top of Dimple and you're rewarded with a fine view of Corvallis on a clear day. You can either go down the way you came up or choose the opposite. On your way down you might be tempted to go down the horse trail. It makes the trek a little longer, because you're cutting east quite a bit, but it is quite lovely and completely downhill, if a little steep for running. Once you come to the road you will turn left and arrive back at the saddle on the other road that you didn't take the first time. I have seen very little poison oak along this route. The dimple road has been closed recently due to logging but they should be done very soon.
