Is There Greater Risk to Buy in the Current Real Estate Bubble?

The typical real estate slogan location, location, location is now sounding more like risk, price and location - in that order.

Home buyers looking to purchase in some of the currently depressed markets need to factor into their thinking how much prices have risen over the last decade. The continuing downside trends are likely to continue into 2009.

The 2008 real estate sales market will be limited to those with cash on hand. Bargains are available. Credit is tight and everyone is averse to risk. Those bubble markets are not for buyers who do not handle risk well.

The best way to deal with todays real estate market is to have a great financial advisor, competent Realtor and experienced attorney.

Remember, location, location, location is now risk, price and location.
