Conclusion: This is a pan designed to put grill marks on your food. It is nicely constructed but a little pricey for nonstick. A better grill pan choice that will last a lifetime or two is cast iron. For about $30-$40 you can get a great cast iron grill pan. It is not nonstick but we find that is performs better, gets hotter and retains the heat better.
