Pros: Like all All-Clad products, this saucepan is made of great quality. It has a nice, heavy feel, the size is great for a variety of tasks and the lid is sturdy. The thick uniform steel heats evenly and makes a wonderful surface as all heat is distributed evenly. Cons: None Conclusion: This pan is great for so many uses. The 3 quart size is perfect when cooking rice, potatoes, sauce etc... It's easy to clean, it heats evenly and it's very durable. A great addition to any kitchen. In all testing we have done with All Clad we have never once had a problem or been let down by their products.
