Patrick Buchanan, MSNBC Political Pundit, has just made the comment that Ron Paul will finish number four in Iowa behind Huckabee, Romney and McCain in that order of finish. This is what www.thepoliticalpaper.com has been saying for the past month. In fact it is the opinion of this scribe that Ron Paul will finish third in Iowa behind Romney and Huckabee in that order of finish. Ron Paul may be considering running as a third party candidate. Given the fact that Ron Paul can raise a lot of money it is quite possible Ron Paul would capture around 12-15% of the vote in a general election. A third party run by Ron Paul would probably guarantee the Democrat candidate a win in November 2008. Within the next eight hours we will know the order of finish in Iowa. Just remember where you read that Ron Paul would do better than most Pundits have predicted.
