2.5 pounds of ground Chuck
1/2 cup of hot milk
1/4 cup of italian bread crumbs
1 bullion cube (preferably beef)
1/4 onion, very finely chopped
3 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp of Worcester sauce
dried onion & garlic
red pepper flakes
Mix the breadcrumbs and the bullion cube in the hot milk. Add onion and garlic and let the bred crumbs swell.
Add the ground meat, mix in spices, egg, and Worcester sauce. Mix very well using your hands. Divide into individual patties. Grill, broil, fry or freeze for later use.
