The Oakland A's behind 6 strong innings from pitcher Rich Harden defeated the World Champion Boston Red Sox 5-1 in the final game in Japan. The only run by the Red Sox was a home run by Manny Ramirez. Pedroia, Youkilis and Ortiz went a combined 0-10. Young Star Jacoby Ellsbury did not play in favor of Coco Crisp. This was the mistake by manager Terry Francona. Jacoby Ellsbury should be the full time Center fielder for the Boston Red Sox, no further comment...................
