There will be a "Manning" playing Football next Sunday. The surprise is it will be Eli Manning not Peyton Manning. The New York Giants defeated the Dallas Cowboys today 21-17 and will go to Green Bay to play Brett Favre and the Packers next week. The Cowboy's offense did not get it done in the second half today. Tony Romo was pressured by the New York Giant defense and Terrell Owens was not a factor in the game. Well, Jerry Jones, Cowboy's Owner, will not be happy for the rest of this year. Losing is not a word Jerry Jones wants to have attached to his name or to his team. The Giants have surprised a lot of people this playoff season, this scribe included. I have written time and time again that the Giants will never win with Eli Manning as QB. Well, maybe Eli Manning will prove all of us to be very wrong. Next week it will be a toss up. I like both teams, but I give the victory to the Green Bay Packers to defeat the New York Giants.
