These Yellow Corn Muffins are easy to make and are a great breakfast with butter, or serve alongside Corn Chowder (pictured above).
Preheat your oven to 350 degress
Prepare a muffin pan with non-stick spray
Add all dry ingredients to a work bowl and stir, work in the oil and then add the milk. Fold together and use an ice cream scoop and place into a muffin pan.
Bake for 15 - 17 minutes, rotate halfway through.
