Roasted Potatoes on Sheet Pan

Potatoes are one of the main staple foods, either as a side dish or main course.

To roast potatoes simply chop a few large potatoes, white or red.

In a bowl mix in a few teaspoons of salt and mix with a 1/4 cup of olive oil.

We like to mix in a good amount of other spices as well.

  • cayanne pepper
  • lemon pepper
  • garlic salt
  • dried onion
  • cumin
  • celery salt
Bake on 375 degrees f for around 40 minutes on a half sheet pan lined with parchment paper or a silpat.
