Rachael Ray's Italian Slaw Salad

This is a quite basic, simple recipe. Neither the calorie content, nor the cost is that high, especially not in comparison to Rachael's other recipes. However, this is just a side salad. The single most expensive ingredient are the Radicchios.

1 red bell pepper, quartered lengthwise then thinly sliced
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
