Paula Deen's Sour Cream Muffins

This recipe is so basic, it almost doesn't feel right to call it a recipe. Perhaps these muffins would benefit from some salt, or sugar if a sweeter touch is desired. If you don't have self-rising flour on hand, you could probably substitute it with regular flour and some baking powder.

Name: Sam | Comment: These are the strangest "muffins". They definitely need sugar or salt. They are more like a bicuit, but don't have much flavor even with the butter.
