Name: Inas Cray Comment: The calorie count is unbelievable! On the episode I saw, she also dips the bars in chocolate, which is 1/2 lb chocolate chips, 1/2 c heavy cream, 1 t instant coffee.

Name: Comment: This recipe makes a half-sheet pan of pecan bars. I can't imagine serving an entire half-sheet pan of pecan bars to only 20 people. I made a 1/3 of this recipe and was able to get 17 bars that are 1.75"Wx2"Lx1.5" thick. I dipped half of each bar in tempered dark chocolate. It is more than enough for a serving. I guess it all depends on each person's idea of a serving.
