Classic Green Bean Casserole

This is such an old classic casserole with mushroom soup, green beans and fried onion. Simple togreen_beans put together and a tradition in many families during the holidays.

Ingredients:

  • 1 10-1/4 oz can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 cans (14-1/2 oz ) French style or cut green beans, drained
  • 1-1/3 cups (2.8oz can) French fried onions

Method:

In a 1/1/2 qt casserole dish combine soup, milk, pepper and mix well. Stir in beans and 2/3 cup of onions. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 min. Stir and sprinkle the rest of the onions on top of the dish and bake for another 5 min.
