Broccoli rabe, broccolini, broccoletti or rapini are different names for this common vegetable. The flavor is nutty, bitter and pungent which makes it good for sauteing, steaming, boiling and stir frying.

Broccoli rabe is similiar to broccoli but with small florets and long, thin stalks.
Serving size cooked or raw is about 1 cup or the size of 1 large bell pepper.
