The Brandy Alexander makes a great holiday cocktail to serve to guests or just to have while you are cooking up turkey or ham. The thick heavy cream goes very well with the brandy and creme de cacao. Note: This is a great opportunity to utilize a cheaper brandy since it is being served, and shaken with a mixer.  Method
This cocktail is a 1-to-1-to-1 mix of brandy, creme de cacao and heavy cream. Add the ingredients to a boston shaker with ice and shake, then serve in a cocktail glass.
