Blueberries 1/2 cup is about a serving size. A good source of vitamin C, potassium and fiber. Look for plump, firm and dry berries with a deep purple-blue to blue black. Sweet tasting to tart and tangy with nutrition and flavor the blueberries are grown in clusters and range in size from a small pea to a marble.
