Arrowroot is a - Starch

Arrowroot is an easy-to-digest starch from the West Indies. The arrowroot tubers contain about 23% starch. It is made into a light, white powder which is odorless when dry. Arrowroot can be used when making jellos, pudding, cakes and sauces.
