Gary Namie a national expert on bullying in the workplace will visit Oregon State University, on Tuesday, March 8, when he offers a presentation on "Workplace Bullying: The Silent Epidemic."
The free, public event runs from 7 to 9 p.m. at LaSells Stewart Center, 875 S.W. 26th St. on the OSU campus.
Namie will also conduct workshops for the OSU campus community on March 8. From 9 to 11 a.m., he will offer "Workplace Bullying: Support is Not Servility," for OSU nonacademic and classified employees. From 1 to 3 p.m., he will offer "Bullies in the Academe: Brittle, Brutal, Abusive" to OSU faculty and students.
