Festival of Lights and Holiday Tree-Lighting Ceremony, 7 to 9 p.m., First Presbyterian Church, 114 S.W. Eighth St. Corvallis. Mayor Charles Tomlinson is master of ceremonies. The Corvallis High School Jazz Band, the O.K. Chorale'  The Master’s Men and the Heart of the Valley Children’s Choir will perform new and traditional holiday songs. The event is presented by Corvallis Parks and Recreation Department and Zonta, and the energy used for the tree is donated by Pacific Power Blue Sky.
