August 19, Sunday, 8:30-4:30 pm Native Plant Society of Oregon
Hike: Echo Basin Wetlands in the Western Cascades with Loren Russell. Meet at the parking lot across from the Monroe Beanery at 8:30 am. Bring a lunch, water, rubber boots and hiking gear. It is about a 3 mile round trip hike. We may stop and look at other wetlands in the area. Rubber boots or old athletic shoes optional. However, wetland is small and has boardwalk and we will try to limit trampling! For more information contact: Esther McEvoy at 541-754-0893.
