Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Majestic Theater Corvallis

 A celebration of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King took place Monday night at the Majestic Theater in Corvallis. This celebration was sponsored by the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. commission for the City of Corvallis.

Corvallis Mayor Julie Manning presented the 2012 Scholarship Award. Local Corvallis Agencies participating included Community Outreach Inc., Corvallis Homeless Shelter Coalition, South Corvallis Food Bank, & the Vina Moses Center.

Dr. Robert Thompson, Oregon State University, was the keynote Speaker.
