Cesar Chavez Cultural Center Groundbreaking

Centro Cultural Cesar Chavez Groundbreaking
A ceremonial groundbreaking for the new building at the site of the Centro Cultural Cesar Chavez took place on Thursday, November 1, 2012. Oregon State President Dr. Edward Ray expressed in his remarks the need to undertake this project. Approximately 75 were in attendance in spite of a rain shower. It is expected that the opening date of this Cultural will take place in late Spring 2013.
