Since June 1, 2009 things are begining to happen in our raised bed garden. Just a little more than three weeks of sun and water have helped our tomato plants produce some small tomatoes and the basil is growing nicely. I have included a zucchini plant and some broccoli along with one eggplant.
Our parsley has already been harvested, with more on the way, and we should have a bountiful season of herbs from out three basil plants and some sage, oregano and rosemary.
In addition several small tomato plants have recently been added to the garden. This should provide some late season fresh sun-ripened salad tomatoes. I will update in a couple of weeks to chronicle progress of our raised bed garden.
