Eola Hills Pinot Gris 2007

Just the other day it was suggested, no more like requested, that we get a bottle of Pinot Gris. Well, I searched the wine racks of our local store and found a nice bottle of Eola Hills Pinot Gris 2007.

Much to my surprise and pleasure this Pinot Gris was superb. I am very much a fan of Pinot Noir, but I will tell you I was very impressed with this bottle of Pinot Gris from Eola Hills Winery in Rickreall, Oregon.

This wine was slightly dry, I dislike sweet wines, and went nicely with some brie cheese. I will definitely purchase another bottle of Pinot Gris. In fact I am never disappointed when I have any wine from Eola Hills Winery.

If you are in the mood for a nice wine, red or white, I suggest you try a bottle of Eola Hills Pinot Gris or Pinot Noir.
