News Release September 2, 2009 No CTS or Philomath Connection Bus Service Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day. Normal service resumes Tuesday, September 8th. New Crescent Valley Area September 8th. Effective September 8th the new Crescent Valley Area service will provide two morning runs and two early evening runs to the Crescent Valley area. The service operates Monday-Friday during weeks 509J School District is in session. Beginning at the downtown transit center the route will provide new stops along Highland Drive North of Walnut Blvd., Crescent Valley High School and a park and ride at the west end of Raider Way, and re-establish inbound stops on 11th Street between Garfield Avenue and Monroe Ave. The Bus will service all existing CTS stops along the CVA route. Commuter Route C1 returns Tuesday, September 8th. effective September 8th, Route C1 will return for morning and afternoon service. Both C1 and CVA follow the 509J school schedule with breaks in service in December and March.
