Birdies For Alzheimer's Golf Tournament

The Alzheimer's Network of Oregon will host a Golf Tournament Friday June 26th at Cross Creek Golf Club. Cross Creek Golf Club is located 16 miles West of Salem, Oregon on Highway 22, outside Dallas, Oregon.

Tournament Time: 7:30 am June 26th 2009

$100 Entry fee Includes: Greens Fees, Golf Cart, Southern Style Luncheon, Contests, Prizes, and a lot of fun.

A four player scramble on a course designed to challenge all levels. You can put together a team or just sign up individually.
