Little more than two hours ago Barack Obama took the oath of office as the 44th President of the United States. There is much to do and little time to waste. Barack Obama will need much wisdom, fortitude, patience and a bit of luck as he meanders the political web of Washington D.C. Time will bear witness to President Obama's four years. It is my hope that he is successful in his endeavors. Our nation has endured difficult times. But perhaps we face some of the most daunting challenges in the days, weeks and months ahead. Barack Obama cannot turn our economy around just on his hopes and dreams. However, he has the ability to influence, and more importantly exert pressure on those in Washington D. C. that put their own political power ahead of the well being of our nations citizens. Good luck is wished to all who those who have the power to do the right things to move our nation towards yet unseen heights of success.
