I like almost all the beers from the UK and Wexford Irish cream ale is a classic. It pours a ligher amber with a nice head induced by the nitrogen widget. The aroma is a buttery-vanilla cream. This cream ale has subtle caramel, toffee notes that are light and very clean. The flavors are all in perfect balance for my palete. Wexford finishes, with just a hint of apple and little "hop" bitter after taste. This is such a good beer.
